This interactive questionnaire will provide input for the Community Department and facilitate its identification of delegates coming to the Conference from the Community sector.

Information about the different aspects of the Community Programme of the Conference, as well as general news about the Conference, will be posted on our web site and will be updated regularly.

Six Web fora and electronic mailing lists are available online, through the Conference Web site. They will enable people to take part in the virtual formation of the different networks that will eventually constitute the networking sessions of the Community Rendez-Vous. Participants will be able to subscribe to one of them, according to interest, and follow or contribute to an on-going process of information exchange and debate, which will lead into the Community Rendez-Vous networking sessions.

The monitoring of content on the lists and fora will be done both by the different global networks behind each of them and the Geneva Secretariat, through a close partnership with la Fondation du Présent/HivNet CH (see below) which will provide a structure for the management and access of these important data. After the Conference, the content of these lists and fora will remain under the management of HivNet.ch and will eventually be transferred to the respective global network’s site.

The CLN will be developed in association with a Swiss non-profit HIV/AIDS NGO that is running the HivNet CH project, the Conference information technology (IT) team and existing or emerging HIV-related networks.
